Recycling of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) is a significant challenge all over the world. Waste-to-Energy generation solves problem MSW recycling and produces power for urban territories. In this study, researchers implemented complex economic ecological efficiency analyses modern technologies. The fundamental generations finding balance between economics, ecology, productivity. Thus, to assess effectiveness various thermal technologies, statistics from enterprises were used. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method was calculate an integral particular technological approach. Environmental analysess disposal technologies carried out by selecting data at least 146 functioning plants in Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Sweden, Thailand. research results confirm that gasification technology most promising environmentally cost effective. Incineration Moving Grate effective attractive according environmental assessments. can be used planning waste projects new energy national municipal agenda. also useful strategic sustainable plans programs.
